My name is Zoe Myers and I am a self confessed skin addict! I have a passion for it and knew from an early age that I wanted to be an Aesthetician. I was fortunate enough to start my career at a leading Aesthetic clinic when I was 18 and received incredible training from the highly experienced staff while putting myself through a BTEC Level 4 in Aesthetics and BTEC in lasers.
During my 4 years at the clinic I had a wide variety of equipment available to treat my clients, these included; HydraFacial, medical needling, laser hair removal, laser vein removal, resurfacing lasers, radio frequency for skin tightening, electrolysis hair removal, advanced electrolysis, Miradry sweat reduction and many more.
Following on from my time in the clinic I felt like I needed a new challenge so joined the HydraFacial UK team working as a customer experience specialist. This involved helping clinics to promote HydraFacial by offering training & running events to educate their clients in skin health.
My experience over the last 10 years with these different insights into the Aesthetic industry made me realise that what I truly love in life is treating clients and educating them in their skin health. I believe that everyone has the right to feel confident in their skin and so the concept of Authentic Aesthetics was born.
My mission is to not only perform treatments, but to also educate my clients in how their skin works so that they can have complete faith in why I have chosen that treatment for them and how it will give them the best skin of their life!
My name is Amanda and I have just over 4 years experience working in the beauty industry, I have worked at amazing spas and salons as well as doing lots of training on well known brands outside of work.
My passion for skin care started at quite a young age, I then developed my passion in college and knew skincare was for me. I love pimple popping and am addicted to watching and following world renown pimple poppers online. I took a few years out throughout my career to have my 3 amazing children, now they are all growing up I have stepped back into my career to delve further into skincare. I have already learned so much and am enjoying continuing my training to widen my knowledge as much as I can. My goal is to educate my clients so they can love and understand their skin!
With over 15 years experience in the beauty industry and 9 years teaching beauty NVQ qualifications, it gives me great satisfaction to be back doing what I love the most, treating SKIN!
I started my journey straight from school and worked in mainly spas carrying out lots of facials and massage therapies then progressed my career into the lecturing.
I’ve had great experience passing on all my knowledge to students over the years and now I enjoy passing this on to my clients to give them the best possible skin.
I’m a busy mum to a teenage girl who keeps me on my toes and also a make-up artist and nail tech in my own time.
I’m Kristina, a dedicated Skin Therapist.
Originally from Latvia , I now call the UK home, living with my partner and 2 beautiful daughters. My journey into the world of aesthetics began at Northampton College shortly after I moved to the UK. The spark of passion ignited, and I knew that helping people feel and look their best was my calling.
My quest for expertise led me to Birmingham University, where I delved into the art of Aesthetics. I believe in continuous learning, ensuring I possess the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results for my clients.
My favourite treatments to do on myself are lactic acid chemical peels. With dry skin, these treatments work wonders, especially during the winter when my skin craves that extra hydration and care.
My favourite treatment to perform in clinic is Microneedling – I love the procedure and most importantly the results!
With many years of experience in administrative roles and as a personal assistant, I was thrilled to join Authentic Aesthetics, especially as a regular client enjoying their facials. Combining my passion for skincare and aesthetics with my extensive administrative background has been incredibly fulfilling.
Outside of work, I volunteer for the Pituitary Foundation, a cause close to my heart after overcoming a brain tumor a few years ago. I also love staying active by going to the gym and cooking delicious meals for my friends and family.
When you call the clinic or send a message to our work phone, you’ll be speaking with me. I look forward to connecting with you soon!
